摘  要:部队训练事故来源于训练中的安全风险,而训练安全风险根源于训练中能量的意外释放。基于能量意外释放的角度解析部队训练事故的形成,按照功能作用对部队训练风险因素进行划分,构建了部队训练事故的风险因素连锁致因模型和风险防控屏障失误致因模型,厘清了训练风险因素和风险防控屏障失效与事故发生的连锁关系,为部队科学开展训练事故防控明确了重点和方向。Accidents of military training are caused by training safety risks,while the safety risks in training originate from the accidental release of energy.This paper analyzes the occurrence of military training accidents from the perspective of accidental release of energy.The risk factors of military training are analyzed according to their functions.Two causation models are constructed:one for risk factor chain relationship and one for the failure of risk prevention and control barriers.They clarify the chain relationship between the occurrence of accidents,training risk factors,and the failure of risk prevention and control barriers.This paper pinpoints the focus and direction to prevent and control the accidents of military training in a scientific manner.
