利比亚战争对我军联合作战人才培养的启示

摘　　要：利比亚战争对联合作战人才的运用具有很强的启示和借鉴,通过利比亚战争,探究联合作战人才培养的现实需求,提出加强我军联合作战人才培养,要在“完善两个配套设施,健全三项培养机制,突出四个过硬素质”上求突破。The Libyan war serves as an inspiration and reference for the deployment of joint combat personnel,in light of which the practicality of joint combat personnel training is explored,and we propose that our training program should be based on operational demand,featuring the principle of improving the"two supporting facilities",enhancing the"three training mechanisms"and highlighting the"four excellent qualities".
