摘　　要：GIS是将地理学、地图学、遥感、计算机科学相结合,用于输入、存储、查询、分析和展示地理数据的计算机系统。为进一步提高综合信息服务平台的业务管理与数据资源的利用,基于GIS系统建设实际需求,将综合信息服务平台与GIS系统有机融合,通过对综合信息服务平台数据采集、数据转换与清洗、数据融合展现、决策分析等技术设计,构建并实现基于GIS的综合信息服务平台。结果表明:该研究能够进一步提高综合信息服务平台的业务管理与数据服务能力。GIS is a computer system that combines geography,cartography,remote sensing and computer science to input,store,query,analyze and display geographic data.In order to improve efficiency of business management and data resource utilization of the comprehensive information service platform,the comprehensive information service platform is combined with GIS system based on the actual needs of GIS system construction.Through technical design of data collection,data conversion and cleaning,data fusion display and decision analysis,the comprehensive information service platform based on GIS is constructed.The results show the betterment of the ability of GIS information management and display service.
