摘　　要：在新时代,高校学生干部需要具备过硬的政治素养、不懈的求真精神、积极的服务意识、主动的工作态度和良好的信息处理能力五个方面的素养。针对当前高校学生干部选拔实践中的一些弊端,以班委员学生干部为例,提出推荐班长提名人、班长候选人选举、模拟班委会以及班委会选举为流程的高校班委会学生干部选拔具体操作办法,不失为高校学生干部选拔的一个有益尝试。College student cadres need to have five qualities and abilities in the new era, including Excellent political literacy,unremitting truth-seeking spirit, active service awareness, active work attitude and good information processing ability. The selection of college student cadres is an important opportunity to cultivate students comprehensive ability and a prerequisite for good class service and management. The selection of college student cadres should eliminate various disadvantages in the current selection practice.Taking classes as an example, this paper puts forward the specific operation methods of cadre selection of class committee in Colleges,which can be regarded as a useful attempt for the selection of student cadres in colleges.
