厚大断面球墨铸铁件在能源领域中的应用

摘　　要：随着能源装备趋于大型化发展,厚大断面球墨铸铁件迎来了广阔的发展空间。列举了厚大断面球墨铸铁件在火电、水电、风电及核电领域的应用案例,如中压外缸、蝶板、阀体、转子、主轴、核乏燃料储运容器等,说明了厚大断面球墨铸铁件在能源领域应用的明显优势。最后提出:厚大断面球墨铸铁件从业者要紧密关注能源装备发展方向,结合材料优势、行业特点,深入开展厚大断面球墨铸铁件的基础研究,为能源装备大型化发展做出积极的贡献。With the development of large-scale energy equipment,the thick and large-section nodular iron castings had ushered in a broad development space. The application samples of the thick and large-section nodular iron castings in thermal power,hydropower,wind power,and nuclear power were listed such as medium pressure outer cylinder,butterfly board,valve body,rotator,chief axis,nuclear-spent fuel storage and transportation container,the obvious advantages of thick large-section nodular iron castings in the energy field was illustrated. Finally it was pointed out:the practitioners of thick large-section nodular iron castings should pay close attention to the development direction of energy equipment,combine the material advantages and industry characteristics,and carry out in-depth basic research on thick large-section nodular iron castings,so as to make positive contributions to the development of large scale energy equipment.
