摘 要:以支座为研究对象,分析支座的工艺性和结构特点,制定初始铸造工艺方案,运用数值模拟软件ProCAST对初始铸造工艺方案进行模拟,根据结果对缺陷部位产生的原因进行分析并给出优化方案。优化后的模拟结果表明:支座铸件本身的缺陷基本消除且铸件表面无缩孔、缩松、夹砂等缺陷,满足铸件的技术要求。最后指出:运用ProCAST软件对支座的铸造工艺进行模拟,可以有效地分析和验证浇冒口系统设置的合理性以及方案的可行性,并改进优化铸造工艺方案不足之处,为工艺实践提供理论依据。Taking seat casting as object of study,the casting-ability and structure characteristics of the seat was analyzed,the initial casting method scheme was drafted.The numerical simulation software ProCAST was used to simulate the initial casting method scheme.Based on the simulation result,the reason causing defects was analyzed,and the optimizing scheme was proposed.The simulation result after optimization showed:defects of seat casting body were basically eliminated,no shrinkage cavity and porosities,sand inclusion.That met technical requirements of the casting.Finally,pointed out:using ProCAST software to simulate the casting method could effectively analyze and prove the rationality of gating system and risers and the feasibility of the scheme,improved and optimized shortcomings of the casting method scheme,and provided a theoretical basis for the casting method practice.
