摘  要:介绍了蠕墨铸铁D13缸体铸件的结构及技术要求,对铸件进行了工艺难点分析,提出了相应的解决方案。详细阐述了轻量化蠕墨铸铁缸体在设计过程中工艺参数的确定,并利用数值模拟软件辅助分析铸造工艺的可行性,在开发初期的生产验证时,发现在回油道壁出现冷隔缺陷,在油泵孔处出现缩松缺陷。通过提高浇注温度,增加引流筋等措施,有效消除了回油道壁处冷隔缺陷;通过采用随型异形悬臂砂芯实现铸出孔,使油泵孔处壁厚处于均匀状态,彻底消除了厚大结构热节,解决了油泵孔处缩松问题。The structure and technical requirements of D13 vermicular graphite iron cylinder block casting were introduced.The casting method difficulties were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.The process parameters determination in the light weight vermicular graphite iron cylinder block design process was described in details,and the feasibility of casting method with numerical simulation software was analyzed.During the production verification at the early stage of development,the cold lap defect was found in the oil returning channel wall,and the shrinkage porosities defects were revealed at the oil pump hole.By increasing the pouring temperature,setting draining ribs and other measures,the cold lap defect at the oil return channel wall was effectively eliminated.By using shape-following abnormal cantilever beam sand core,the wall thickness at oil pump hole became uniformed that thoroughly eliminated the thick hot spot and solved the shrinkage porosities problem.
