摘 要:介绍了蠕墨铸铁试样的制备方法及热疲劳试验方法:采用统一配料,统一在蠕化包中进行蠕化处理,在手浇包中添加蠕化剂、孕育剂的方式,浇注出不同蠕化率Y型试样,加工成不同蠕化率薄试片;模拟列车制动工况下制动盘受力及温升情况,设计试验工装、选择试验温度,对薄试片进行加热保温受热试验,自然冷却后,在自由状态下测量试片的永久变形量,通过多组试验来研究不同蠕化率对蠕铁受热抗变形疲劳性能的影响。试验结果表明:在蠕化率35%~90%范围内,随着蠕化率的增加,蠕墨铸铁的受热永久变形趋势增大,受热抗变形疲劳性能降低。The specimen preparation method and thermal fatigue test method of vermicular graphite iron was introduced:using unified charge mixture,uniformly conducting vermicularization in treating ladle,adding different amounts of vermicularizing alloy and inoculants in hand-pouring ladles to pour Y-type test blocks having different vermicularities,which were machined into thin specimens having different vermicularities,simulated the brake disc stress and temperature rise under the train braking condition,designed test tooling,selected test temperature,conducted test of thin specimens being heated and held,after freely cooling,inspected the permanent deformation amount of the specimens.The influence of different vericularities on thermal anti-deformation fatigue property was studied by multiple experiment groups.Test results showed:in the vermicularity range of 35%~90%,with increasing of vermicularity,the thermal permanent deformation tendency of vermicular iron increased,the thermal anti-deformation fatigue property decreased.
