摘　　要：目的 本研究对重庆市主动进行健康体检儿童的检验/检查结果进行分析,以进一步了解儿童健康状况,指导儿童健康管理工作。方法 选取2016年12月-2020年5月主动前往重庆医科大学附属儿童医院进行健康体检的34 219例儿童作为研究对象,对其健康体检资料进行收集及分析。结果 研究对象前10位体检结果异常的项目依次为维生素D、超声骨密度、乙肝表面抗体、尿常规、血常规、腹部彩超、肾功、微量元素、肝功、血铅。12~17岁研究对象体检结果异常的项目主要包括维生素D、超声骨密度、尿常规、腹部彩超、肾功、肝功、乙肝表面抗体;2~5岁研究对象体检结果异常的项目主要包括血铅、血常规、微量元素。结论 儿童健康管理人员应根据儿童的年龄阶段及自身特点,制定个性化的动态健康管理方案,并积极进行卫生知识宣教,与家长和社会一起,一同为儿童健康保驾护航。Objective To analyze the results of medical examinations of children who took the initiative to undergo physical examinations in Chongqing,to further understand the health status and to guide the health management of children.Methods A total of 34219 children who came to the Hospital of Chongqing Medical University for physical examinations from December 2016 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and their health examination data were collected and analyzed.Results The top 10 abnormal physical examination items were vitamin D,ultrasound bone mineral density,hepatitis B surface antibody,routine urine,routine blood,abdominal color ultrasound,renal function,trace elements,liver function,and blood lead.The items with abnormal examination results in participants aged 12-17 years mainly included vitamin D,ultrasound bone mineral density,routine urine,abdominal color ultrasound,renal function,liver function,and hepatitis B surface antibody;the items with abnormal examination results in subjects aged 2-5 years mainly included blood lead,routine blood and trace elements.Conclusion The health management staff should formulate a personalized dynamic health management plan in line with the children’s age and characteristics,actively conduct public health knowledge education,and work with parents and society to ensure the children’s health together.
