2019年重庆市沙坪坝区25岁以上人群归因于血压升高的疾病负担分析

摘　　要：目的 分析2019年重庆市沙坪坝区25岁以上居民由于血压升高造成的死亡和疾病负担状况,为制定相关防治措施提供科学依据。方法 收集2019年沙坪坝区慢性病及其危险因素监测数据、死因监测数据和2019年全球疾病负担(GBD2019)资料。计算25岁以上居民中血压升高导致死亡的人群归因分值(PAF),归因于血压升高的标化死亡率、早死所致的寿命损失年率(YLL率)、期望寿命损失年数(YLEL)。采用Excel 2007和SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2019年沙坪坝区25岁以上居民因血压升高导致死亡的PAF为18.57%,标化死亡率为121.56/10万,YLL率为21.07千人年,去除血压升高的影响后,居民期望寿命提高2.00岁。结论 沙坪坝区居民血压升高造成的疾病负担较重,应加强预防与控制措施。Objective To analyze the death and disease burden caused by elevated blood pressure among residents over 25 years old in the Shapingba district of Chongqing municipality in 2019 to provide scientific guidance for formulating relevant prevention and control measures.Methods Surveillance data of chronic diseases and their risk factors,surveillance data on cause of death,and global burden of disease(GBD 2019)in Shapingba district in 2019 were collected.The population attrib-utable fraction(PAF)of death caused by elevated blood pressure,standardized mortality due to elevated blood pressure,years of life lost rate(YLL rate)due to early death,and years of life expectancy lost(YLEL)were calculated for residents over 25 years.Statistical analyses were performed using Excel(version 2007)and SPSS software(version 19.0).Results In 2019,the PAF of death caused by elevated blood pressure was 18.57%,the standardized mortality rate was 121.56 per 100000,and the YLL rate was 21.07 per thousand per year in residents over 25 years in Shapingba district.After removing the effect of elevated blood pressure,the life expectancy of residents increased by 2.00 years.Conclusion The burden of disease caused by elevated blood pressure in residents of the Shapingba district remains heavy,and prevention and control measures should be strengthened.
