天津市大学生牙线使用现状调查与对策分析

摘　　要：目的 调查天津市大学生的牙线使用及认知情况,以探索适宜的健康宣教方式。方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样法,抽取1 169名天津市不同专业大学生进行问卷调查。采用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计学分析,采用多因素Logistic回归分析牙线使用的影响因素。结果 共有477名调查对象使用牙线,使用率为40.80%。口腔专业调查对象的牙线使用率高于医学专业(非口腔医学专业)及非医学专业,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而医学专业(非口腔医学专业)与非医学专业调查对象牙线使用率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同专业调查对象在“牙线会使牙缝变大,易积存食物”“牙线和牙签作用一样”“如何处理食物嵌塞”等问题回答正确率方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且口腔医学专业调查对象的回答正确率优于其他2类专业(P<0.05),医学专业(非口腔医学专业)与非医学专业调查对象的回答正确率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。使用牙线和不使用牙线调查对象在专业类别、生源地、年级等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。口腔医学专业、高年级、平均月开销<1 000元等是影响调查对象使用牙线的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论 天津市大学生的牙线使用及认知情况较以往研究结果有明显提升。但要提高牙线认知率和使用率,相关部门仍应在非医学类高校对在校大学生,尤其是对低年级的大学生加强牙线使用知识的宣教。Objective To investigate the use and awareness of dental floss in college students in Tianjin Municipality to explore feasible health education methods.Methods A total of 1169 college students of different majors in Tianjin were selected by multistage cluster random sampling.Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS(version 24.0).The influencing factors of dental floss use were analyzed using multivariate logistic regression.Results A total of 477 respondents used dental floss,with a use rate of 40.80%.The dental floss use rate of respondents who majored in dentistry was higher than that of respondents majoring in medicine(non-dentistry major)and non-medicine major,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While dental floss use rate of respondents majoring in medicine and non-medicine was not significantly different(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the correct response rates between respondents from different majors in terms of questions such as‘flossing will make the interdental space larger and easily accumulate food’,‘flossing and toothpicks have similar function’and‘how to deal with food impaction’(P<0.05),and the correct response rates of respondents from dental majors were higher than those who did not major in dentistry(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the correct response rates between respondents from medical majors(non-dentistry majors)and non-medical majors(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between respondents using dental floss and those not using it in terms of major,place of origin,and grade(P<0.05).Dentistry undergraduates,senior grade,and average monthly cost of over 1000 RMB were independent factors influencing flossing use among respondents(P<0.05).Conclusion The use and awareness of dental floss in college students in Tianjin are significantly improved compared with the previous results.However,the relevant departments should still strengthen the education of dental floss use knowledge for non-medical major college students,especi
