社区慢性病患者对国家基本公共卫生服务的需求及满意度调查

摘　　要：目的 了解重庆市沙坪坝区慢性病患者对国家基本公共卫生服务的需求及满意度,为提升慢性病管理效果提供参考依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样,随机抽取沙坪坝区4家社区卫生服务中心正在接受国家基本公共卫生服务项目管理的慢性病患者开展问卷调查,共完成有效问卷200份。结果 83.5%的慢性病患者最看重医务人员的服务态度;96.5%的患者希望由固定医务人员为其提供慢性病随访服务;71.50%的调查对象希望通过面对面讲授的方式获得慢性病防治信息;66.50%的调查对象希望获得疾病知识方面的慢性病防治信息。此外,98.5%的患者对社区卫生服务中心提供的现有慢性病管理服务表示满意。结论 该区的慢性病患者对国家基本公共卫生服务满意度较高,同时要求也较高,建议加强社区医务人员的能力培养,改进社区慢性病管理模式,进一步提升管理效果。Objective To understand the demands and satisfaction of chronic disease patients with national basic public health services in the Shapingba district of Chongqing municipality to provide evidence for improving the management of chronic diseases.Methods Four community health service centers in the Shapingba district were randomly selected using stratified cluster random sampling to carry out a questionnaire survey for patients with chronic diseases who were receiving the management of the national basic public health service program.A total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected.Results A total of 83.5%of the patients with chronic diseases attached great importance to the service attitude of medical staff,96.5%expected chronic disease follow-up services by fixed medical staff,71.50%expected chronic disease prevention and control information by face-to-face teaching,and 66.50%expected chronic disease prevention and control information in terms of disease knowledge.In addition,98.5%of patients were satisfied with existing chronic disease management services provided by community health service centers.Conclusion The patients with chronic diseases in the Shapingba district have high satisfaction with national basic public health services as well as high demands.It is recommended to strengthen the ability training of community medical staff,improve the community chronic disease management and further boost the management effect.
