摘  要:为有效再生利用废塑料瓶,研究将废塑料瓶碎料掺入到水泥砂砖中,通过抗压强度、抗折强度、裂缝深度等技术指标的试验变化规律,确定不同掺量下废塑料瓶碎料对再生砖强度及裂缝深度的影响规律。试验结果分析表明:采用4%废塑料瓶碎料等体积替代水泥砂砖中河砂,可以有效提高水泥砂砖的抗压、抗折强度,且抗折破坏时由脆性破坏变为延性破坏,产生的裂缝深度最短,性能最佳。For the effective recycling and utilization of waste plastic bottles,this research mixes the particles of waste plastic bottle into cement sand bricks and determines the laws that the particles of waste plastic bottle of different mixing amounts affect the strength of recycled bricks and crack depth by testing the rules of changes according to compressive strength,rupture strength,crack depth and other technical indexes.According to the test results,isopyknic substitution of river sand in cement sand bricks with waste plastic bottle particles of 4%can effectively improve the compressive strength and rupture strength of cement sand bricks,and brittle fracture is changed into ductile failure during the fracture resistance.In this way,the bricks show the shortest crack depth and the best performance.
