摘  要:为了对裂缝性稠油油藏中蒸汽吞吐水平井的压力动态进行预测,建立双重孔隙介质三区复合油藏稠油热采水平井试井模型。根据蒸汽吞吐焖井过程中的流体分布特点,分别建立内区、中间区和外区的渗流数学模型;通过Laplace变换和Fourier有限余弦积分变换的方法对试井模型进行降维和齐次化处理,求得相应的线源解;沿水平井方向对线源解进行积分得到水平井的条带源解;最后通过Laplace逆变换得到水平井的真实空间解,进而绘制双重孔隙介质三区复合油藏水平井的试井曲线特征,研究各种试井参数对压力响应曲线的影响规律。结果表明,双重孔隙介质三区复合油藏水平井试井曲线最多会出现9个流动阶段,但由于多种参数的互相影响流动段难以区分;内、外区的储层参数分别影响试井的早、晚期阶段;若相邻两区中内区的压缩系数大于外区,压力导数曲线将出现“驼峰”现象。该试井模型也适用于裂缝性油藏的注水水平井试井和注聚合物水平井试井等情形,具有较强的现场适用性。A dual-porosity medium three-zone composite reservoir well test model for thermal recovery horizontal well was established to predict the pressure performance of steam stimulation horizontal well in fractured heavy oil reservoir.The seepage mathematical models of inner,middle and outer zones were established respectively according to the characteristics of fluid distribution in the process of steam huff and swallow.The well test model was reduced and homogenized by means of Laplace transform and Fourier finite cosine integral transform,and the corresponding line source solution was obtained.The strip source solution of horizontal well was obtained by integrating the linear source solution along the horizontal well direction.Finally,the real spatial solution of horizontal well was obtained by inverse Laplace transform,and the characteristics of well test curve of horizontal well were plotted,the influence of various well test parameters on pressure response curve was studied.The results showed that there were at most 9 flow stages in the well test curve of horizontal well in dual-porosity medium three-zone composite reservoir,but it was difficult to distinguish the flow stages due to the interaction of multiple parameters.Reservoir parameters in inner and outer zones affected the early and late stages of well testing respectively.If the compression coefficient of the inner zone was greater than that of the outer zone,the pressure derivative curve will appear“hump”phenomenon.The well testing model was also suitable for water injection and polymer injection horizontal well testing in fractured reservoirs,so had strong field applicability.
