摘 要:常规的聚能射孔一般采用螺旋布孔方式,压裂时,部分孔道产生转向缝,甚至在孔道以外的方向产生多条裂缝,一定程度上影响压裂效果。对水平井压裂施工中常用的89型射孔器的射孔弹与枪身不同夹角对穿深影响规律进行分析,排列了定面射孔布弹方式,结合地应力及射孔参数等影响因素,设计出结构合理的汇聚定面射孔器,经地面检测和现场试验,分析井下工艺适应性,形成汇聚定面射孔技术。该技术射孔后能够在择优裂缝面上形成多个稳定的射孔孔眼排布,压裂时能够产生更为有效的、单一的平整光滑裂缝;现场试验数据表明,与常规射孔相比,注入井平均注入强度提高14.75%,平均降低施工破裂压力6.4%,对提升压裂施工效果起到了较好作用。该技术为油田难采储量动用提供了一种新的技术手段。Conventional jet perforating generally create perforations in spiral arrangement;therefore,fracturing treatment may induce reoriented fractures at some perforations or even multiple fractures in the direction beyond the perforations,which affects the fracturing effect to a certain extent.The influence of different angles between the perforating charge and the perforating gun of the HSD89 perforator,which is commonly used in the fracturing operation of horizontal wells,on the penetration depth was analyzed,and the arrangement pattern of perforating charges in definite plane perforating was determined.Combining with the factors such as in-situ stress and perforating parameters,a well-structured convergent definite plane perforator was designed.Through ground inspection and field test,the adaptability of the perforator to downhole process was analyzed.Finally,the convergent definite plane perforating technology was formed.This technology generates multiple stably-arranged perforations on preferred fracture surfaces,so that fracturing process can induce more effective,single and smooth fractures.Field test data show that compared with conventional perforating technologies,the convergent definite plane perforating technology helps the average injection strength of the injection wells increase by 14.75%and the fracturing pressure reduce by 6.4%on average,greatly improving the fracturing effect.This technology provides a new option for producing hard-to-recover reserves in oilfields.
