摘 要:为提高航空薄壁机匣的加工质量、稳定性和加工效率,基于传统机匣加工夹具设计方案设计了一套专用工装夹具,以优化航空薄壁机匣加工工艺,并采用SPIKE测力仪对加工刀具进行金属切削参数实验,获得刀具的轴向力、弯矩和扭矩数据,利用多目标优化方法得到最优的切削参数。结果表明,工件颤振问题得以解决,机匣加工报废率明显降低,机匣加工质量显著提高,成本降低,加工效率提高50%。In order to improve the machining quality,stability and efficiency of the thin-wall outer case on aeroengine,based on the traditional design scheme of the machining fixture,a set of special tooling is designed to optimize the machining process of the thin-wall outer.And the metal cutting experiment of machining parameters is carried out based on SPIKE dynamo-meter to measure the axial force,bending moment and torque of the cutting tool,and the multi-objective optimization method is adopted to obtain the optimal cutting parameters.Through the above reasonable optimization,the results show that the problem of workpiece chatter is solved,the machining scrap rate of the case is significantly reduced,the machining quality is significantly improved,the cost is reduced,and the machining efficiency is increased by 50%.
