摘  要:利用超声振动辅助切削在零件表面制备织构,通过流体润滑摩擦实验对表面织构的摩擦性能进行测试,分析了织构参数对摩擦性能的影响,并对光滑表面与织构表面进行摩擦系数对比。结果显示,织构单元的长度、长宽比以及面积越大,摩擦系数越小,并且长度对摩擦系数的贡献率为63.74%。相同实验条件下,织构表面的摩擦性能较光滑表面可以提升34.3%。In this paper,ultrasonic vibration assisted cutting is used to process texture on the surface of parts.The friction properties are tested through fluid lubrication friction experiment,the influence of texture parameters on friction properties is analyzed,and the friction coefficients of smooth surface and textured surface are compared.The results show that increasing the length,length-width ratio and area of texture unit can reduce the friction coefficient,and the contribution rate of length to the friction coefficient can reach 63.74%.Under the same experimental conditions,the friction reduction effect of textured surface can be increased by 34.3%compared with smooth surface.
