摘  要:为提高碳纤维增强复合材料切削加工的质量和效率,从刀具材料选取和结构设计两个方面开展了CFRP高速低损伤铣刀的设计,采用有限元仿真和试验优选了刀具角度,最终获得一款小轴向力(轴向前角0°,径向前角7°,后角18°)PCD直齿波浪铣刀。基于此小轴向力刀具开展了高速低损铣刀铣削CFRP试验,结果表明,当切削速度为4000mm/min时,高速低损铣刀的寿命由传统铣刀的4000mm提高到70000mm,且CFRP铣削表面无分层、撕裂及毛刺等加工质量问题。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of carbon fiber reinforced composite cutting processing,the design of CFRP high-speed and low-damage milling cutters is carried out from the tool material selection and structure design.Finite element simulation and experiment is used to optimize the tool angle,a small axial force(axial rake angle of 0°,radial rake angle of 7°,and back angle of 18°)PCD spur wave milling cutter is obtained.Based on the small axial force tool designed in this paper,a high-speed low-damage milling cutter milling CFRP test is carried out.The test results show that when the cutting speed is 4000 mm/min,the life of the high-speed low-damage milling cutter increases from 4000 mm of the traditional milling cutter to 70000 mm.And the CFRP milling surface has no processing quality problems such as delamination,tearing and burrs.
