摘 要:在一定的约束范围和正常运行条件下,电力机车的牵引电机才能实现满功率发挥.分析了超出正常运行范围和故障条件下不限功运行对牵引变流器及牵引电机的影响,重点介绍了限制牵引功率发挥的原理,并给出了功率限制模式下牵引电机功率分配方案.电机功率分配测试结果表明,在异常情况和故障条件下,电力机车能按照设定的功率限制曲线运行.这验证了限功条件下机车牵引电机功率分配方案的正确性.Under abnormal conditions,it is necessary to effectively limit the traction motor power to ensure the normal and safe operation of electric locomotive.On the basis of expounding the influence of the unlimited traction motor output power of electric locomotive on the converter module and the motor,ther esearch focuses on the analysis of the principle of limiting the output power of traction motor under the conditions of abnormal traction network voltage,abnormal cooling water temperature,abnormal traction motor temperature and fault of traction converter module,and then puts forward the specific implementation scheme of power distribution of traction motor under the power limitation mode.The test results show that the electric locomotive can operate according to the set power limit under different abnormal conditions or fault conditions,which verifies the power distribution scheme of locomotive traction motor under power limit conditions.
