摘 要:为改善CuCrZr粉末对1080 nm波长段激光吸收率低的问题,本文将原始CuCrZr粉末与纳米碳粉按质量比99:1进行机械混合,在管式炉750℃的条件下热处理2 h,使CuCrZr粉末内部的Cr元素向表面偏移并与表面的纳米碳粉发生反应形成化合物改性层,将改性前后的粉末在相同的打印参数下进行单轨打印.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、XRD衍射仪、紫外分光光度计和粉体综合特性分析仪对改性前后的粉末进行分析,通过金相显微镜、SEM、纳米压痕测试仪对改性前后粉末打印的单轨进行探究.结果表明,改性后CuCrZr粉末对1080 nm波长段激光的吸收率提高到了68%;且在单轨打印中,改性后的粉末能够形成连续规则的融道,熔覆层的润湿角均为锐角;改性后粉末单轨打印熔覆层的纳米硬度比原始粉末提高了36.8%.In order to improve the low laser absorption rate of CuCrZr powder at 1080 nm wavelength,in this paper,the original CuCrZr powder and nano-carbon powder were mechanically mixed in a mass ratio of 99:1,and heat-treated at 750℃ in a tube furnace for 2 h to make the CuCrZr powder.The internal Cr element shifts to the surface and reacts with the nano-carbon powder on the surface to form a compound modified layer,and the powder before and after modification is printed on a single track under the same printing parameters.The powders before and after modification were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),XRD diffractometer,UV spectrophotometer and powder comprehensive property analyzer.The results show that the absorptivity of the modified CuCrZr powder to the 1080 nm wavelength laser is increased to 68%;and in the single-track printing,the modified powder can form continuous and regular melting channels,and the wetting angle of the cladding layer is both acute angle;the nanohardness of the modified powder monorail printed cladding layer is 36.8%higher than that of the original powder.
