摘 要:本文以CRH5G型动车组的牵引电机冷却风机为研究对象,针对其异音故障问题,分解检查了故障风机,检测了风机轴承同轴度和预紧力.结果表明,风机制造工艺不满足设计要求、轴承设计预紧力与需求预紧力存在偏差是造成故障的主要原因.最后,采取了优化冷却风机制造工艺、提高设计精度等改进措施,有效解决了该型号动车组牵引电机冷却风机异音故障问题,对保障动车组安全运行具有重要意义.This paper focuses on the abnormal sound failure of traction motor cooling fans of CRH5G Multiple Units,by disassembling the faulty fans,detecting the coaxiality and preload of the fan bearing.An analysis shows that the main reason for the failure is that the fan manufacturing process did not meet the design requirements and the preload of the bearing design deviated from the required preload.Then measures were taken to optimize the manufacturing process of the cooling fans and improve the design accuracy,and the abnormal sound fault of the fan was effectively remedied to ensure the safety of the multiple-unit trains.
