摘 要:为了提高某7.62mm电击发狙击枪射击精度,在经典内弹道理论的基础上构建了基于电底火的内弹道计算模型,通过最优拉丁超立方设计对内弹道参数极差范围进行优化,对影响时间和速度的因素进行灵敏度分析,选取其中影响较大的因素为变量,利用多目标遗传算法,以最大速度和最小内弹道全过程时间为目标进行优化,得到内弹道参数的最优解。试验结果表明,初速极差比优化前提高了40%,内弹道全过程时间极差比优化前提高了5.6%。In order to improve the firing accuracy of a certain 7.62 mm electric firing sniper rifle,on the basis of classical interior ballistics theory,the calculation model of interior ballistics based on electric primer is constructed. The range of interior ballistics parameters is optimized by optimal Latin hypercube design. The factors that affect the time and speed is carried out by using sensitivity analysis method,and the most influential factors are selected as variables. The maximum speed and the minimum all-process time of interior ballistic are task as targets and optimized by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution of interior ballistic parameters. The experimental results show that the range of initial velocity is increased by 40%and the range of all-process time of interior ballistics is increased by 5.6%compared with that of pre-optimization.
