“两业融合”与经济高质量发展非线性关系研究

摘　　要：本文基于2003—2020年我国30个省(市)面板数据,梳理“两业融合”与经济高质量发展非线性影响机理关系,以熵值法修正耦联评价模型权重构建“‘两业融合’水平”指标,最后进行空间拓展分析得到以下结论:我国“两业融合”水平自东向西递减并且分为三个区制,前三名分别为江苏省、广东省及山东省;我国科技进步和政府财政支持存在双门限效应,“两业融合”水平对高质量经济的总体影响趋势分别为“倒U型”和向上趋于平缓;高“两业融合”水平地区科技进步和政府财政支持分别存在双门限和单门限效应,“两业融合”水平对高质量经济的影响趋势和总体趋势一致;中等“两业融合”水平地区科技进步和政府财政支持都存在单门限效应,“两业融合”水平对经济高质量发展的影响趋势分别为向上趋于平缓和“倒U型”;低“两业融合”水平地区并不存在门限效应;从空间经济角度来看,我国高质量经济空间聚集于2018年达到顶峰,“两业融合”水平经济意义上存在空间聚集但颇为受限于交通基础设施的状况。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(municipalities) in China from 2003 to 2020,this paper arranged the relationship between Two-Industry Integration(manufacturing and service industries) and the non-linear effect mechanism of high-quality economic development,revised the weight of the coupling evaluation model with the entropy method to construct the comprehensive index of the Two-Industry Integration level,and finally conducted the spatial expansion analysis with the following conclusions.First of all,the Two-Industry Integration level in China decreased from eastern to western regions and was divided into three areas,the top three being Jiangsu Province,Guangdong Province and Shandong Province.Based on the double threshold effect of sci-tech progress along with government’s financial support,the overall trends of the impact of the Two-Industry Integration level on the high-quality economy were the "inverted U-shaped" tendency and tendency of "steady increase" respectively.There were double-threshold effect and single-threshold effect on sci-tech progress and government’s financial support respectively in regions with high Two-Industry Integration.The influence trend of Two-Industry Integration on the high-quality economy was consistent with the general trend.Besides,there was a single-threshold effect on sci-tech progress and government’s financial support in central regions with moderate Two-Industry Integration.The influence trend of Two-Industry Integration on high-quality economic development was the tendency of "steady increase" and the "inverted U-shaped" tendency respectively.There was no threshold effect in regions with low Two-Industry Integration.From the perspective of the spatial economy,the spatial aggregation of the high-quality economy in China reached its peak in 2018.Furthermore,there was spatial aggregation in Two-Industry Integration from the economic perspective,but was quite limited by transportation infrastructure.
