摘  要:设计用于高功率激光器泵浦源散热的双蒸发器压缩制冷系统,通过优化设计两相流冷板内部流道,保证换热能力的同时,得到极小的板面温差。利用第二蒸发器以及压缩机待机运作产生的制冷量减小激光器芯片在变工况启动时的温度升降,避免温度剧烈波动。实验结果表明,在4组环境温度(15℃、25℃、35℃、40℃)以及3组散热工况(2 kW、3 kW、4 kW)下,通过设置合理的压缩机转速与膨胀阀的开度,可以控制表面温度处于20—30℃之间,且监控点最大温差低于1℃,系统能效比处于2.5—9区间。在变工况运行试验中,控制制冷系统直接启动,发现监控点温度剧烈波动,温度最高可达49.75℃,同一时刻监控点间最大温差达9.72℃;利用第二蒸发器实现系统待机启动,监控点温度缓慢升高至稳定区间,升温过程中温度波动极小,表明利用本系统可以实现对高功率器件的稳定散热。A dual-evaporator compression refrigeration system for high-power laser pump source heat dissipation was designed.Optimized design of the internal flow channel for the twophase flow cold plate was used to ensure the heat exchange capacity,and a very small temperature difference was obtained.The cooling capacity generated by the standby operation of the second evaporator and the compressor was used to reduce the temperature rise and fall of the laser chip when the laser chip was started under variable working conditions,so as to avoid severe temperature fluctuations.The experimental results show that under four sets of ambient temperature(15℃,25℃,35℃,40℃)and three sets of heat dissipation conditions(2000 W,3000 W,4000 W),the surface temperatures can be controlled to be between 20—30℃by setting reasonable compressor frequency and expansion valve opening,and the maximum temperature difference of the monitoring point is lower than 1℃,meanwhile the energy efficiency ratio of system is 2.5—9.According to the test of the variable working condition,the refrigeration system is controlled to start directly,and it is found that the temperature of the monitoring points fluctuated violently,the maximum temperature of the monitoring points could reach up to 49.75℃,the largest temperature difference between the monitoring points time reaches 9.72℃.While the second evaporator is used to realize the system standby start,the temperatures of four monitoring points are found to rise slowly to a stable range,and the temperature fluctuation is very small during the heating process,which means the system can be used to achieve stable cooling of the high-power devices.
