摘 要:本文建立了一种外照射个人剂量测定不确定度的评定方法,通过热释光探测器测定深部个人剂量H_(P)(10),对不确定度的来源进行分析和量化,计算合成和扩展不确定度。评定了深部个人剂量H_(P)(10)测定过程中探测器的灵敏度的非一致性、剂量计的能量依赖性、剂量计的方向依赖性、响应的非线性和剂量系统的校准误差等引入的各种因素对测定结果的影响,计算测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.5%(k=2)。本测量不确定度的评定方法可用于外照射个人剂量测定结果的评价,为测定结果的准确性和可信度提供依据。In this paper,a method for evaluating the uncertainty of personal dosimetry of external irradiation is established.The deep personal dose H_(P)(10)is measured by thermoluminescence detector,the source of the uncertainty is analyzed and quantified,and the synthetic and expanded uncertainty is calculated.The effects of various factors introduced in the determination of deep personal dose H_(P)(10),such as the non-uniformity of the sensitivity of the detector,the energy dependence of the dosimeter,the direction dependence of the dosimeter,the nonlinearity of the response and the calibration error of the dose system,on the determination results were evaluated.The expanded uncertainty of the calculated determination results was 0.5%(k=2).The evaluation method of measurement uncertainty can be used for the evaluation of individual dose measurement results of external irradiation,and provide a basis for the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
