摘  要:焦炉煤气中的硫化氢对管道、设备和后续的生产工艺存在着很大影响,必须要经过脱硫处理。焦炉煤气脱硫后,产生富含NaSCN等钠盐的脱硫脱氰废液,对生产和环境都会产生严重的不良影响,脱硫脱氰废液的有效处理备受瞩目。从焦炉煤气脱硫脱氰废液的产生源头入手,采用脱硫脱氰废液的综合利用方法,处理回收的废液可以生成硫酸铵,并且还可以促进PDS催化剂的再生,一举多得。本文结合煤气脱氨和脱硫工艺,确保脱硫系统保持稳定运行,对环保和经济工作起到促进作用。Hydrogen sulfide in coke oven gas has a great impact on pipelines,equipment and subsequent production processes,which must be desulfurized.After the desulfurization of coke oven gas,the desulfurization and decyanation waste liquid rich in sodium salts such as NaSCN will have a serious adverse impact on production and the environment.The effective treatment of desulfurization and decyanation waste liquid has attracted much attention.Starting from the source of the waste liquid of desulfurization and decyanation of coke oven gas,the comprehensive utilization method of the waste liquid of desulfurization and decyanation is adopted.The recovered waste liquid can be treated to produce ammonium sulfate,and it can also promote the regeneration of PDS catalyst,which can kill many birds with one stone.This paper combines the gas deamination and desulfurization process to ensure the stable operation of the desulfurization system,which plays a role in promoting environmental protection and economic work.
