摘　　要：通过对热管式与板式两种空气预热器的优缺点进行比对,结合延安炼油厂260万t/a常压装置加热炉余热回收系统的运行状况,对原热管式空气预热器进行改造,并对新型板式空气预热器的使用效果进行检验,为该类型空气预热器在同类装置上的运行提供借鉴。By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the heat pipe air preheater and the plate air preheater,combined with the operation status of the waste heat recovery system of the heating furnace of the 2.6 million t/a atmospheric pressure unit in Yan'an refinery,the original heat pipe air preheater is reformed,and the application effect of the new plate air preheater is tested,so as to provide reference for the operation of this type of air preheater on similar devices.
