摘 要:针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿3#煤层开采效率低,顶煤不易回收等问题,基于该矿巷道布置情况,提出了可采用放顶煤采煤工艺进行采煤作业的采煤方案,并详细介绍了放顶煤采煤工艺的具体实施过程,并研究了放顶煤作业中的割煤、移架、推移前输送机、放顶煤、推移后输送机以及顶板管理等关键工序,应用结果表明通过应用放顶煤采煤工艺后,该矿3号煤层开采效率从4t/工提升到13 t/工,顶煤实际回收率可达82%左右,并且巷道掘进量明显减少,取得了较好的应用效果。In view of the problems of low mining efficiency of 3#coal seam and difficult recovery of top coal in a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group,based on the roadway layout of the mine,a coal mining scheme that can adopt the top coal caving mining technology for coal mining operation is proposed,and the specific implementation process of the top coal caving mining technology is introduced in detail.It also studies the key processes in the top coal caving operation,such as coal cutting,frame moving,conveyor before moving,top coal caving,conveyor after moving,and roof management.The application results show that after the application of top coal caving mining technology,the mining efficiency of coal seam 3 in the mine is increased from 4 t/worker to 13 t/worker,the actual recovery rate of top coal can reach about 82%,and the amount of roadway excavation is significantly reduced,which has achieved good application results.
