摘　　要：目的探讨分析先天性支气管闭锁的CT表现,以提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。方法选取11例经病理及临床确诊的先天性支气管闭锁的CT资料进行回顾性分析。其中4例行CT平扫检查,7例同时行平扫及增强扫描。结果11例先天性支气管闭锁中8例位于左侧,3例位于右侧;发生于段支气管5例,亚段6例。10例同时显示粘液栓和周围肺气肿改变,1例仅显示粘液栓。7例增强后在粘液栓周围均可见细小伴行动脉。结论粘液栓、周围肺气肿及伴行细小动脉是先天性支气管闭锁的典型CT表现,CT平扫及增强扫描可有效显示其征象,并正确诊断该病。Objective To analyze the CT findings of congenital bronchial atresia(CBA)in order to improve the diagnosis of the disease.Methods CT data of 11 cases with CBA confirmed by pathology and clinic were analyzed retrospectively.4 cases underwent plain CT scan and 7 cases underwent plain and contrast enhanced CT scan.Results 8 CBAs were in the left and 3 in the right.The segmental bronchus was affected in 5 cases and the subsegmental in 6 cases.(5 cases were in the segmental bronchus and 6 cases in the subsegmental).10 cases demonstrated bronchus mucoid impaction and peripheral emphysematous changes,1 case only showed bronchus mucoid impaction.All 7 CBAs underwent contrast-enhanced CT scan revealed small artery accompanying with bronchus mucoid impaction.Conclusion The bronchus mucoid impaction,surrounding emphysematous change and small artery accompanying with bronchus mucoid impaction are the typical CT findings of CBA.The signs are well visualized on images with Plain CT and contrast-enhanced CT,providing accurate information for diagnosis.
