摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声检查对永存正中动脉及其并发症的诊断价值。方法选取超声检查诊断为永存正中动脉的患者30例,并对其正中动脉管径、是否伴发血栓及伴行正中神经变异情况进行分析。结果腕管内永存正中动脉、正中神经并发症以及主要临床表现:1)永存正中动脉伴血栓6例(20.0%),临床症状主要表现为胀痛或压痛;2)8例(26.7%)伴有正中神经裂,7例(23.3%)伴发正中神经高位分叉;3)25例(83.3%)伴发腕管综合征,其临床主要表现为手桡侧半麻木不适。结论高频超声检查对永存正中动脉及其并发症有较好的诊断效果,可为临床诊断及进一步的治疗提供有力依据。Objective To explore the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of permanent median artery and its complications.Methods The median artery diameter,thrombosis,and the variation of median nerve were analyzed in 30 patients with permanent median artery diagnosed by ultrasound.Results Persistent median artery in carpal canal,median nerve complications and their main clinical manifestations were as follows:1)the main clinical symptoms of permanent median artery with thrombosis in 6 cases(20.0%)were distending pain or pressing pain;2)There were 8 patients(26.7%)with median nerve fissure,and 7 patients(23.3%)with high median nerve bifurcation;3)There were 25 cases(83.3%)with carpal tunnel syndrome,the main clinical manifestation was semi-numbness and discomfort in the radial hand.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound has a good diagnostic effect on persistent median artery and its complications,which can provide a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and further treatment.
