摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,人民物质生活水平持续提高,日益增长的精神文化需与不平衡、不充分的城市发展不相适应。在现代化城市建设中,宠物豢养引发众多社会问题,野生动物宠物这类新兴宠物也在其中。作为新式异类宠物,野生动物带来了许多现实问题和社会问题。针对目前国内对野生动物宠物研究较少的情况,文章从野生动物宠物存在的问题入手,对野生动物宠物自身引发的现实问题、野生动物宠物豢养者存在的现实问题和野生动物宠物导致的社会问题三个方面对豢养野生动物宠物的现实困境进行阐述分析,并针对上述三个方面问题分别提出不同的解决对策,以期为建设宜住宜居现代化城市提供法律路径。With the rapid economic and social developments,and the continuous improvement of people's material living standards,the growing spiritual and cultural needs of people are inappropriate to the unbalanced and inadequate urban development.In the construction of modern cities,pets keeping has caused many social problems,including emerging pets,such as pets of wild animals.As a new kind of exotic pets,pets of wild animals have brought many practical and social problems.Because there are now few researches on pets of wild animals in China,the problems existing in pets of wild animals would be introduced,and the realistic difficulties in keeping pets of wild animals would be elaborated and analyzed from three aspects:the realistic problems caused by pets of wild animals themselves,the realistic problems of the owners of pets of wild animals and the social problems caused by keeping pets of wild animals.Different solutions to the above three aspects were put forward and legal paths for building livable modern cities were provided.
