类别分析优化城市生活垃圾源头的研究

摘　　要：生活垃圾排放量逐渐增多,优化生活垃圾需进行相应类别分析,才能作出正确投放垃圾的分类方案。通过分类器原理,发现以精准率和误差率做评价指标判断各类别分析效果的好坏,只局限在某类别分析中某类生活垃圾,而正确率评价方式虽可改善其不足之处,但对特定区域内易烂的垃圾会出现误投现象,需要通过后果权重对效果评价参数进行修正,才能对特定区域某类别生活垃圾投放作出相应的效果评价。以广州市海珠区新港街道某居民小区生活垃圾按不同类别分析进行试验,通过效果评价参数进行修正后评定,发现厨—其(干湿)两类分析解决垃圾的投放分类是广州市海珠区决策者要更多考虑的问题。The domestic waste siege is increasingly serious.To"optimize"domestic waste,it must make corresponding category analysis in order to make a correct classification scheme for decision-makers.Through the principle of classifier,it is found that accurate rate and error rate are used as evaluation indexes to judge the effect of each category of analysis,which is only limited to a certain type of domestic waste in a certain category of analysis.Although the evaluation methods can improve their shortcomings,there will be misdelivery of perishable waste in a specific area.The effect evaluation parameters need to be modified through the consequence weight in order to make the corresponding effect evaluation of a certain type of domestic waste in a specific area.The domestic waste of a residential area in Xingang street,Haizhu District,Guangzhou is analyzed according to different categories.Through the modified evaluation of the effect evaluation parameters,it is found that the kitchen-others(dry and wet)two-group analysis to solve the waste placement and classification is a problem that the decision-makers in Haizhu district should consider more.
