摘  要:模拟电压输入型仪表时常会出现显示不准确的情况,传统的检测方法检测范围较小和操作过程较为繁琐。为提高检测效率和精准度,设计一款测量装置,该装置由上位机和下位机组成,两者进行RS232通信。上位机提供一个直观形象的软件,控制下位机输出指定数值模拟电压值。下位机是以DSP芯片为核心的集成电路板,驱动仪表显示(或指示)指定数值,使用者通过对比上位机界面显示仪表理论上显示数值和仪表实际显示的数值,判断仪表是否正常工作。该装置检测更精准,更形象直观,效率更高和具有智能化特点,值得推广应用。The display of analog voltage input instrument is often inaccurate. The traditional detection method has small detection range and cumbersome operation process. In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy, a measurement device is designed. The device is composed of upper computer and lower computer,which communicate with each other through RS232. The upper computer provides an intuitive software to control the lower computer to output the specified numerical simulation voltage value. The lower computer is an integrated circuit board with DSP chip as the core, which drives the instrument to display(or indicate) the specified value. The user can judge whether the instrument works normally by comparing the theoretical value displayed by the upper computer interface with the actual value displayed by the instrument. The device has more accurate detection, more visual and intuitive, higher efficiency and intelligent characteristics, which is worthy of popularization and application.
