摘　　要：通过对直流稳压电源的变压、整流、滤波、稳压这四大功能部分的分析,针对MPEG-2编码器电源故障实际情况,结合现有技术及设备条件,提出了利用交流220 V稳压电源替代故障直流48 V电源的解决方案,该方案符合直流稳压电源工作原理,实际设计操作简便快捷。方案实施后设备运行稳定正常,输出的节目信号图像、声音与原有48 V电源供电的编码器输出效果无异,同时节约了大量的设备购买经费,为后续设备的改造提供了借鉴意义,提高了设备利用率保证了安全播出。Through the analysis of the four functional parts of DC regulated power supply:voltage transformation,rectification,filtering and voltage stabilization,aiming at the actual situation of MPEG-2encoder power supply failure,combined with the existing technology and equipment conditions,this paper puts forward a solution to replace the failed DC 48V power supply with AC 220V regulated power supply.This scheme conforms to the working principle of DC regulated power supply,and the actual design and operation is simple and fast.After the implementation of the scheme,the equipment operates stably and normally,and the output program signal,image and sound are the same as the output effect of the encoder powered by the original 48V power supply.At the same time,a lot of equipment purchase funds are saved,which provides reference significance for the subsequent equipment transformation,improves the equipment utilization rate and ensures the safe broadcasting.
