摘 要:以联科532为供试玉米品种,通过盆栽试验研究了不同浓度(0、1、1.25、1.5、2、2.5和3 g/L)海藻肥对玉米苗期生长指标、生理指标及养分积累的影响。结果表明:从生长指标来看,以2 g/L的处理玉米苗生长表现最好,培养30 d时,与CK相比,玉米株高提高了10.68%,茎粗增加了11.78%,地上部鲜重提高了12.74%;从生理指标来看,添加不同浓度的海藻肥,可以提高玉米苗期脯氨酸、抗坏血酸、可溶性糖、叶绿素的含量以及SOD的活性,并降低植株体内丙二醛(MDA)的含量,增强植株的抗逆性;从养分积累来看,玉米地上部氮磷钾养分含量随海藻肥施用浓度的增加表现出先增加后减少的趋势,以2 g/L的处理玉米苗的养分积累最多。因此,在玉米苗期的施肥管理中,应注意配合施用适宜浓度(2 g/L)的海藻肥,以促进玉米生长,增强抗逆性,培育壮苗。Using Lianke 532 as the tested maize variety,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of seaweed fertilizer(0,1,1.25,1.5,2,2.5 and 3 g/L)on growth indexes,physiological indexes and nutrient accumulation of maize seedlings.The results showed that:(1)In the treatment of 2 g/L seaweed fertilizer,the plant height of maize seedlings increased by 10.68%,the stem diameter increased by 11.78%,and the fresh weight of shoots increased by 12.74%on the 30th day,compared with CK.(2)The contents of proline,ascorbic acid,soluble sugars and chlorophyll,and SOD activity were increased by adding different levels of seaweed fertilizer,meanwhile the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased,resulting in the increase of stress resistance of maize seedlings.(3)With the increase of seaweed fertilizer concentration,the accumulation of NPK nutrients in the aboveground part of maize seedlings increased first and then decreased,and the highest accumulation was in the treatment of 2 g/L seaweed fertilizer.To sum up,the appropriate concentration of seaweed fertilizer treatment(2 g/L)can improve the growth of maize seedlings,make seedlings more robust,and improve their stress resistance.
