摘 要:以柑橘的砧木枳苗为试材,育苗土壤选择B1营养土(河沙、锯木屑、草炭)和B2营养土(椰糠、棕纤维、草炭、稻壳、红壤),育苗容器选择聚乙烯塑料容器和多孔可拆卸容器,设置不同营养土和不同容器处理的培养试验,分别研究营养土、容器对枳苗生长的影响。结果表明:在育苗土壤方面,枳苗嫁接期,B2营养土培育的枳苗质量较优,相比常用的B1营养土,B2营养土培育的枳苗各项生长指标均极显著增加;在育苗容器方面,相比常用的聚乙烯塑料容器,多孔可拆卸容器培育的枳苗株高、茎粗、主根粗、根干重极显著增加,适合枳苗生长。因此,选用B2营养土及多孔可拆卸容器能显著提高枳苗生长质量,这为容器育苗材料的选择提供了新的途径。Poncirus trifoliata seedlings,a rootstock of Citrus reticulata,were used as test materials,nutrient soil B1(river sand,sawdust and peat)and nutrient soil B2(coconut bran,palm fiber,peat,rice husk and red soil)were selected as nursery soils,and polyethylene plastic containers and porous removable containers were selected as nursery containers.The culture experiments were conducted to study the effects of different nutrient soils and containers on the growth of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings.The results showed that compared with the common nutrient soil B1,the quality of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings cultivated by nutrient soil B2 was better in the grafting period,and each of the growth indexes had an extremely significant increase.In terms of seedling containers,compared with the commonly used polyethylene plastic containers,the plant height,stem diameter,main root diameter and root dry weight of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings cultivated in porous removable containers had extremely significant increases,indicating that porous removable containers were suitable for the growth of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings.Therefore,the use of nutrient soil B2 and porous removable containers can significantly improve the growth quality of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings,and provide a new choice of nutrient soils and containers.
