摘 要:分别以改性聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)-CO加合物(11%-mDPG-PEI-CO,接枝率11%)、二氯甲烷和水作为发泡剂,在同一配方下制备了软质聚氨酯泡沫。讨论了发泡剂种类对制备软泡时泡沫内部温度以及所得泡沫密度和机械性能的影响。结果表明:和单纯水发泡相比,改性PEI-CO加合物和二氯甲烷两种发泡剂在发泡过程中均能降低泡沫内部温度,且差别不大。在相同气体释放量的条件下,改性PEI-CO加合物和二氯甲烷作为发泡剂所制备软质聚氨酯泡沫相比较,两者密度和拉伸性能相当;改性PEI-CO加合物发泡剂所制备泡沫的抗压缩性能稍高一些。改性PEI-CO加合物发泡剂可以替代二氯甲烷应用于制备软质聚氨酯泡沫。Flexible polyurethane foams were prepared with modified polyethyleneimine( PEI)-COadduct( 11%-mDPG-PEI-CO,grafting rate 11%),dichloromethane and water as blowing agents respectively in the same formulation. The effect of foaming agent on the internal temperature,density and mechanical properties of the foam was discussed. The results showed that,compared with water,the modified PEI-COadduct and dichloromethane both could reduce the internal temperature of foam during the process,and the difference was not significant. Under the condition of the same amount of gas release,the density and tensile properties of foam prepared by the modified PEI-COadduct and dichloromethane as foaming agent were similar,while the compression resistance of foam prepared by modified PEI-COadduct was slightly higher. The modified PEI-COadduct as foaming agent could replace the dichloromethane in preparation of flexible polyurethane foam.
