摘 要:将亲水型聚氨酯树脂(WSPU)与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混制得EPDM/WSPU型吸水膨胀橡胶,通过改变二者质量比来探究EPDM/WSPU型吸水膨胀橡胶在分子结构、微观形貌、力学性能以及吸水性能的变化规律。结果表明,EPDM与WSPU两相界面明显,相容性差,随着EPDM用量增大,分散效果转好;EPDM含量高的吸水膨胀橡胶强度较高,在100℃热处理24 h后WSPU含量高的吸水膨胀橡胶强度明显增加;EPDM/WSPU的吸水性能随WSPU占比增大而增大,且保水效果优异,在高矿化度水体中EPDM/WSPU橡胶依然可以保持较好的吸水性能。EPDM/WSPU type water-swellable rubber was prepared by blending hydrophilic polyurethane resin( WSPU) and ethylene-propylene-diene rubber( EPDM). The different mass ratio of EPDM/WSPU on the molecular structure,microstructure,mechanical properties and water absorption of water-swellable rubber was studied. The results showed that the interface between EPDM and WSPU was obvious and the compatibility was poor while the dispersion effect improved with EPDM dosage increasing. The tensile strength of water-swellable rubber with high content EPDM were higher,the tensile strength of water-swellable rubber with high content WSPU was improved significantly after heat treatment at 100 ℃ for 24 h. The water absorption of EPDM/WSPU increased with the proportion of WSPU increasing,and the water retention effect was excellent. The EPDM/WSPU water-swellable rubber could still maintain the good water absorption performance in high salinity water.
