摘 要:通过预聚法、预聚增黏法和一步法3种工艺制备了几种聚氨酯(PU)树脂,研究了其力学性能、耐甲苯性、凝固速度、成肌性、泡孔结构与制备工艺的关系。研究表明,一步法聚氨酯强度较好,预聚增黏法聚氨酯伸长率较高;一步法工艺制备的聚氨酯具有较好的耐甲苯性及较好的基布手感,而通过预聚增黏工艺制备的聚氨酯则具有较快的凝固速度及较高的成肌性。Several polyurethane( PU) resins were prepared by prepolymerization process,prepolymering viscosity increased process and one-step process. The relationship between mechanical properties,toluene-resistance,coagulation rate,thickness retention rate,cell structure and preparation process was studied. The results show that,one-step made polyurethane had better tensile strength and tackifying-type prepolymerization polyurethane had longer elongation. Polyurethane prepared by one-step process had better toluene-resistance and better substrate feeling,the polyurethane prepared by tackifying-type prepolymerization had faster coagulation rate,higher thickness retention rate.
