摘  要:以4-二甲基氨基吡啶(DMAP)作为催化剂,醋酸酐作为酰化剂测试聚碳酸酯二醇的羟值,探究了温度、取样质量、酰化和水解时间等对测试结果的影响,并对分析操作步骤进行优化,比较了不同方法测定羟值结果的精密度与稳定性。优化后的4-二甲基氨基吡啶-醋酸酐-NMP法反应温度更温和(45℃),酰化时间15 min和水解时间10 min条件下即可测试出聚碳酸酯二醇的羟值,具有操作简单、测试效率高和环境友好等优点,可以满足科研和生产中快速测定羟值的要求。The hydroxyl value of polycarbonate diol was determined using 4-dimethylaminopyridine( DMAP)as the catalyst and acetic anhydride as the acylating agent. The influence of temperature,sampling dosage,acylation and hydrolysis time on the test results were studied,and the analysis operation steps were optimized. The accuracy and stability of different hydroxyl value test methods were compared. The results showed that the optimized4-dimethylaminopyridine acetic anhydride NMP method had more moderate reaction temperature( 45 ℃),acylation time of 15 min and hydrolysis time of 10 min for the hydroxyl value of polycarbonate diol. It had simple operation,high test efficiency and environmental friendliness,could meet the requirements of rapid determination of hydroxyl value in scientific research and production.
