摘 要:为筛选出适宜的碳源、氮源,本试验配制了不同碳源、氮源的培养基接种干巴菌菌种,研究不同碳源、氮源对干巴菌母种和栽培种菌丝长势、生长速度、满袋时间的影响。结果表明:干巴菌母种培养基最适合的碳源是马铃薯,菌丝生长速度最快(4.53 mm/d);最适合的氮源是蛋白胨与酵母粉1∶1的混合物,菌丝生长速度快(5.06 mm/d)、菌丝长势强。干巴菌栽培种碳源以糯米最好,菌丝生长速度快(5.89 mm/d)、长势强、满袋时间短(39 d);氮源以麸皮为最好,菌丝生长速度快(5.75 mm/d)、长势强、满袋时间短(40 d)。干巴菌母种培养基用松针水配制,栽培种培养基中添加40%的松针,其菌丝生长速度均较快。In order to screen suitable carbon source and nitrogen source,the different carbon sources and nitrogen sources culture media were prepared in this experiment to inoculate Thelephora ganbajun,the effects of different carbon sources and nitrogen sources on the mycelia growth vigor,growth speed and bag-filling time of Thelephora ganbajun mother species and cultivated species were studied.The results showed that potato was the most suitable carbon source for the mother culture medium of Thelephora ganbajun,and the mycelia growth speed was the fastest(4.53 mm/d).The most suitable nitrogen source for mother species was the 1∶1 mixture of peptone and yeast powder,the mycelia grew fast(5.06 mm/d)and strongly.Glutinous rice was the better carbon source for cultivated species of Thelephora ganbajun,which had a fast growth rate(5.89 mm/d)and strong growth of mycelia,and a short time of mycelia bag-filling(39 d).The wheat bran was the better nitrogen source for cultivated species of Thelephora ganbajun,which had a fast growth rate(5.75 mm/d)and strong growth of mycelia,and a short time of mycelia bag-filling(40 d).The growth rate of Thelephora ganbajun mycelia was faster when the mother culture medium was prepared with pine needle water and 40%pine needles were added to the culture medium of cultivated species.
