摘  要:气体绝缘全封闭组合电气(GIS)的户外产品气动机构储气罐热镀锌端盖的内腔出现腐蚀问题,影响产品运行可靠性。经分析确认,腐蚀原因为内壁热镀锌层残留锌渣在清理时造成镀层破损,从而导致防腐能力减弱。通过对图纸的工艺性分析和设计结构的改善,有效缓解了锌渣残留的问题,降低了清理强度,解决了储气罐内壁热镀锌层的腐蚀问题,并验证了方法的实际效果。改善后的储气罐能通过12周期中性盐雾试验,确保了基材的防腐效果。The inner cavity of the hot-dip galvanized end cover of the air storage tank of the pneumatic mechanism of the outdoor product of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)has corrosion problems,which affects the operation reliability of the product. After analysis,it is confirmed that the corrosion is caused by the damage of the coating caused by the residual zinc slag of the hot-dip galvanized coating on the inner wall during cleaning,resulting in the weakening of the anti-corrosion ability. Through the process analysis of the drawing and the improvement of the design structure,the problem of zinc residue is effectively alleviated,the cleaning strength is reduced,the corrosion problem of hot-dip galvanized coating on the inner wall of air storage tank is solved,and the practical effect of the method is verified. The improved air storage tank can pass the 12 cycles neutral salt spray test,and the anti-corrosion effect of the substrate is maintained.
