摘 要:为了有效改善 TC4 钛合金的摩擦磨损性能,在 TC4 钛合金表面电沉积掺杂自润滑MoS_(2)颗粒的Co-W/MoS_(2)复 合镀层。研究了镀液中的MoS_(2)颗粒浓度对复合镀层的物相结构、结合强度、微观形貌、成分及摩擦磨损性能的影 响。结果表明:添加 2.5 g/L MoS_(2)颗粒制备的复合镀层与钛合金基体结合紧密,晶粒呈长条状与团簇胞状,主要物相 为 fcc-Co、hcp-Co 和Co_(3)W,其中MoS_(2)颗粒含量接近 3%。该复合镀层稳定状态时摩擦系数仅为 0.34,并且磨损率最 低,仅为 9.50×10^(-4 )mm^(2)/N,表现出优异的耐磨性能,能有效改善 TC4 钛合金的摩擦磨损性能。MoS_(2)颗粒参与共沉积 可能影响结晶形核过程,还会掺杂在Co 晶格间隙引起晶格畸变,有利于提高复合镀层致密度,从而改善复合镀层性 能。包覆在复合镀层中的MoS_(2)颗粒在摩擦过程中还可以起到自润滑减摩作用,从而减轻复合镀层磨损程度。Co-W/MoS_(2)composite coatings doped with self-lubricating MoS_(2)particles were electrode‐posited on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy in order to effectively improve the tribological performance of TC4 titanium alloy.The effects of the concentration of MoS_(2)particles in plating solution on the phase structure,bonding strength,microstructure,composition and tribological performance of the compos‐ite coatings were studied.The results show that the composite coating prepared by adding 2.5 g/L MoS_(2)particles is closely combined with the titanium alloy matrix,and the grains are in the shape of long strips and clusters.The main phases are fcc-Co,hcp-Co and Co_(3)W,in which the content of MoS_(2)parti‐cles is close to 3%.The composite coating exhibits excellent wear resistance with the minimum friction coefficient of 0.34 and the lowest wear rate of 9.50×10^(-4)mm^(2)/N,and it can effectively improve the tribo‐logical performance of TC4 titanium alloy.The participation of MoS_(2)particles in co-deposition may af‐fect the crystallization nucleation process and enter in Co lattice gap to cause lattice distortion,which is beneficial to improve the compactness of composite coating and thus improve its performance.Further‐more,the MoS_(2)particles coated in the composite coating can also play a role of self-lubrication and fric‐tion reduction in the friction process,so as to reduce the wear degree of the composite coating.
