摘  要:为提高制造滚轮常用7A05铝合金的表面性能从而更好的满足服役条件,采用纯硫酸和酒石酸配制混合酸电解液对7A05铝合金进行硬质阳极氧化,并研究混合酸电解液中酒石酸质量浓度变化对阳极氧化膜的形貌、物相、硬度、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:酒石酸质量浓度变化对阳极氧化膜的平整度、致密性、硬度、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能都有较大影响,而对物相无影响。当酒石酸质量浓度为50 g/L时,阳极氧化膜较平整致密,表面粗糙度仅为0.462μm,硬度较7A05铝合金提高近2.4倍,磨损率约为7A05铝合金的1/3,腐蚀电流密度相比于7A05铝合金降低了近两个数量级,表现出优良的耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能。适当增加酒石酸质量浓度使电解液对阳极氧化膜的腐蚀溶解程度减轻,同时能缓解高电压下释放出很多热量对阳极氧化膜造成的烧蚀程度,促使形成较致密的阳极氧化膜,其承载能力和抵抗塑性变形能力增强,并且电化学腐蚀阻力明显增加,有效的延缓腐蚀发展。In order to improve the surface properties of 7A05 aluminum alloy commonly used for the manufacture of roller,hard anodizing of 7A05 aluminum alloy was conducted in a mixed acid electrolyte prepared by pure sulfuric acid and tartaric acid to ensure that 7A05 aluminum alloy can better meet the conditions of service.The influence of tartaric acid mass concentration in the mixed acid electrolyte on the morphology,phase,hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film was studied.The results show that the variation of tartaric acid mass concentration has obvious influence on the flatness,compactness,hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film,while it has no influence on the phase of anodic oxide film.When the mass concentration of tartaric acid is 50 g/L,the anodic oxide film is smooth and compact,and the surface roughness is only 0.462μm.The hardness is nearly 2.4 times higher than that of 7A05 aluminum alloy and the wear rate is about 1/3of that of 7A05 aluminum alloy.The corrosion current density is nearly two orders of magnitude lower than that of 7A05 aluminum alloy,and shows excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.Appropriately increasing the tartaric acid mass concentration can reduce the corrosion and dissolution degree of the electrolyte on the anodic oxide film,and relieve the ablation degree of the anodic oxide film caused by the release of much heat under high voltage,thus promote the formation of a denser anodic oxide film.The bearing capacity and plastic deformation resistance of the anodic oxide film are enhanced,and the electrochemical corrosion resistance is significantly increased,which effectively delays the development of corrosion.
