摘　　要：为实现人工湿地持续运行、净化微污染河水的目的,文章以菏泽市安兴河人工湿地为例,简要分析了安兴河人工湿地的水质净化效果,探讨了湿地方案设计、建设和后期维护管理方面存在的问题。通过对原方案认真研究、现场实际勘探,参考北方同类人工湿地成功范例,分别从控制湿地进水流量、稳定湿地进水水质,调整技术参数、优化湿地设计方案,明确湿地运营主体监管部门、组建运营维护专业化队伍等方面提出升级改造和运行管理的建议和对策,以便对具有相似气候条件、河道环境的同类型湿地建设、升级改造和运行维护提供借鉴。In order to realize the continuous operation of constructed wetland and further purify the slightly polluted river,a brief analysis of Anxing River constructed wetland in Heze city was conducted to reveal the water purification effect,and to identify existing problems in wetland scheme design,actual construction and later maintenance and management.Based on a careful study of the original scheme,the actual field exploration,and reference to the successful example of similar constructed wetlands in north China,some suggestions and countermeasures for upgrading and transformation and operation management are put forward respectively from controlling wetland inflow and stabilizing wetland inlet water quality;adjusting technical parameters and optimizing wetland design;identifying the main supervision body of wetland operation,building,operating and maintaining a professional team.In order to provide a basis for the construction,upgrading,operation and maintenance of the same type of wetland with similar climate conditions and river environment.
