摘 要:分析了配电网的中性点接地方式对各配电线路介损角的影响,在此基础上,提出一种基于暂态介损角的配电网单相接地故障选线方法。利用小波包对单相接地故障后的零序电压和电流进行小波包分解和能量最大频段的单支重构。基于暂态重构信号计算各配电线路的暂态介损角,依据故障线路和非故障线路暂态介损角的差异选出故障线路。通过MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真验证了该方法的可行性,结果表明其适用于各种中性点接地方式的配电网。This paper analyzes the influence of the neutral grounding mode of distribution network on the dielectric loss angle of distribution lines. On this basis,a transient dielectric loss angle-based single phase-to-ground fault line selection method is proposed. This method utilizes the wavelet packet to decompose the post-fault zero-sequence voltage,current and single-branch reconstructs the frequency band with maximum energy,then calculates the transient dielectric loss angle of each distribution line with the transient reconstructed signals. Finally,the result selects the fault line according to the difference between the transient dielectric loss angle of the fault line and that of the non-fault line. The MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation results verify that the proposed method is feasible and applicable to the distribution network with various neutral grounding modes.
