摘  要:以铝酸钙水泥(水硬性)和磷酸二氢铝(热硬性)结合的不定形耐火材料,在不同温度下热处理后放入盐酸和硫酸中浸泡7天和30天,观察其耐酸腐蚀性情况。结果表明:结合方式不同、热处理温度不同、酸腐蚀溶液不同、浸泡时间不同,不定形耐火材料所显示的耐酸腐蚀性能均不同。而与硫酸相比,盐酸对不定形耐火材料的腐蚀性更强。废酸高温浓缩处理用装置内衬需根据酸的种类,选择不同结合剂结合的不定形耐火材料和烘炉温度,以提高耐火材料的耐酸腐蚀性,保证废酸处理装置的安全运行。The unshaped refractories,which were made of calcium aluminate cement(hydraulic cement)and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate(thermal hardening),were soaked in hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid for 7 days and 30 days after heat treatment at different temperatures,and their acid resistance and corrosion resistance were observed.The results show that the unshaped refractories have different acid corrosion resistance with different bonding methods,different heat treatment temperatures,different acid corrosion solutions and different soaking time.Compared with sulfuric acid,hydrochloric acid is more corrosive to unshaped refractories.According to the type of acid,the unshaped refractories combined with different binders and the baking temperatures should be selected for the lining of the device for high-temperature concentration of waste acid,so as to improve the acid corrosion resistance of the refractories and ensure the safe operation of the waste acid treatment device.
