摘　　要：钢包狭缝式供气砖在精炼过程中出现底吹弱或底吹失败的现象,导致钢液温度、成分不均匀影响铸坯质量,精炼时间延长甚至生产被迫中断。将弥散式供气砖应用于300 t钢包精炼炉中,解决了狭缝式供气砖夹钢问题,改善了铸坯质量,提高了精炼环节钢包吹通率,满足生产工艺要求。The phenomenon of weak bottom blowing or failure of bottom blowing occurs in the refining process of slit type purging plugs for ladle furnace,which leads to the uneven temperature and composition of molten steel,affects the quality of slab,prolongs the refining time and even forces the production to be interrupted.The application of dispersive type purging plugs in 300 t ladle furnace has solved the problem of steel clamping in slit type purging plugs,improved the quality of slab,increased the ladle blowing rate in refining process,and met the requirements of production technology.
