摘　　要：介绍了新研发的石灰回转窑外煅烧技术。该技术在某钢厂1 000 t/d活性石灰回转窑生产线投入使用后取得了非常好的效果,煤粉的使用量减少了20%,其能量全部由高炉煤气替代,系统热耗为传统回转窑的91%左右,增产率达到12%。The newly developed calcination technology outside the lime rotary kiln is introduced.The technology was put into application in 1 000 t/d active lime rotary kiln production line of a steel mill,which achieved very good results.The results showed that the use of pulvercoal was reduced by 20%,its energy was replaced by blast furnace gas,the system heat consumption was about 91% of the traditional rotary kiln,the system yield rate reached 12%.
