摘  要:使用煅烧氧化铝粉等量取代电熔镁砂粉,经混炼、成型、干燥后制备了3组试样,并分别在实验室电炉中于550℃、750℃和1500℃裸烧。一组在生产现场与滑板砖一起埋炭烧成(1250~1400℃),一组留下。分别检测不同条件下烧成及干燥后试样的常温耐压强度、质量变化率和加热永久线变化率。结果表明,煅烧氧化铝粉加入量为6%左右较为合适。Using calcined alumina powder replaced fused magnesia powder in equal quantity,and all raw materials were mixed,molded and dried to prepare three groups of samples,which were respectively burned in the laboratory electric furnace at 550℃,750℃and 1500℃.One group was burned in carbon with the slide plate bricks at the production site(1250~1400℃),and the other group remained unchanged.The cold compressive strength,mass change rate and permanent change in dimension rate on heating of the samples after firing and drying under different conditions were tested.The results showed that it is more appropriate to add about 6%calcined alumina powder.
